Not prepared to sit back and wait for business, Simon Lacey went on the attack and won the recognition of supermarket giants, Sainsbury's, who now stock a selection of his hand made cheeses in many of their stores throughout the UK.

His cheeses have proved SO popular with the shoppers that Simon even had to dash off to personally deliver a further 200 units to stock up a new store that had just opened in the Angle Islington, London.
