"Bills Tasty Weekends"

Australian chef Bill Granger spent half a day with Simon tasting cheese and helping with the cheese making process whilst on tour around the country for his new TV series "Bills Tasty Weekends" on the Good Food Channel.

Simon and his wife Amanda were then invited to dinner where Bill cooked Double Baked Souffle made with some of Simons cheese.

The tv series has just started and this episode will be shown in the new year.
